SHIPPING
We ship within 5 business days via USPS First Class mail. Cut off time for the business day is 2:00 PM Pacific time. Orders placed over the weekend could possibly be shipped out on the following Friday. Delivery takes between 2-3 business days, international 6-10 business days. We are not offering expedited overnight delivery.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
Credit card purchases are handled by PayPal, the Internet's leading method for making and receiving payments. PayPal accepts Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express.
PayPal's secure servers make it safe and easy to process your payment. Enter your payment information and your order will be processed!
Just click on the appropriate button to add an item to your shopping cart, and you will be routed to the PayPal site. There you can review your order, continue shopping, or check out. Don't forget, you can always remove items from your cart if you change your mind. You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card!
You DO NOT need a PayPal account to place your order.
Once you get to the PayPal page simply click the "Continue" link just above the Credit Card.
HOW TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
Add all of your items to the shopping cart then click on proceed to checkout. On the top right hit the link that says calculate total order amount. Enter your zip code then click on update. This will give you the total amount due with shipping and tax only if you live in the state of California. Click on the triangle, this will show your order and total amount due. Type in your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address. Print this page out and send it to us along with your payment.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If there is any problem with your order and you wish to return it, please return any unwanted items in the same condition you received them. You will get a full refund minus our shipping costs to get them out to you. If you want to exchange it, please state the new product number and item description and include the same shipping charge you were originally charged. Checks can be made out to Skull Panties. Please include your E-Mail address that you purchased them from. Any used dirty panties will not get a refund or credit towards an exchange. Place the panties in the original package and cross out your address and write return to sender. You may possibly be charged by USPS for postage.
